I am Dr. Abdul Basith, pulmonologist from Deccan College of Medical Sciences with a specialization in Pulmonary Medicine. As a part of the curriculum, for 3 years I worked full time in Dept. of Pulmonary Medicine at Princess Esra Hospital and Owaisi Hospital and Research Center with rotations in subspecialty dept. including Cardiology, these postings have given me the exposure and the knowledge to expand my horizon in the field of Pulmonary Medicine.

Acquainted with detailed history taking, general and systemic physical examination and application of the same for clinical diagnosis and management.

Well versed with invasive procedures and interventions including Cannulation, Catheterization, Thoracentesis, Intercoastal Tube placement, Bronchoscopy, Thoracoscopy Nasogastric & tracheal intubation, Arterial blood sample collection, Venesection, CPR, Paracentesis, and Pleurodesis
