Dr Archana Prathipati being a sincere, dedicated and compassionate doctor had treated around 1200 patients with various techniques of radiation till date with good response rates and comparable survivals. can confidently treat various oncological and certain benign tumors with radiation including 3D Conformal radiation, IMRT ,VMAT ,SBRT and SRS including brachytherapy. understands the needs of end stage cancer patients and can provide palliative care including best supportive care.

  • Presently working as Consultant Radiation Oncologist at SLG hospitals, Bachupally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (JUNE 2021-till date).

Previous Positions:

  • Consultant Radiation Oncologist at Omega hospitals Hyderabad Telangana India – NABH accredited 550 plus bed teaching hospital with dedicated Neuro oncology unit from January 2020 to December 2020. Out patient load: cumulative load of 80-100 per week.
  • Inpatient bed strength of 550 plus with admissions of 20 to 30 per day on name.
  • Treating 70-100 patients on linear accelerator per day hands on.
  • Treating 600-700 new cases with external beam radiotherapy per year.
  • Treating 30-40 gynecological malignancies with intracavitary brachytherapy per month.
  • Worked as Consultant Radiation Oncologist at Omega hospitals Guntur Andhra Pradesh India – NABH accredited 150 plus bed nonteaching referral hospital from July 2017 to September 2019.
