Profile and Area of Expertise
Dr. Srinivasa Kumaran is the founder of Yellow Buddhii, a transformational institute where every individual realizes their true potential and goes through a transforming experience of understanding their true capabilities, being thought leaders and considerate human beings through a scientific approach that awakens mind at the deeper levels. Dr. Srinivasa has transformed lives of more than 800 children in addition to a bringing breakthroughs to life of about 50 special children.
He is a Master In Computer Science (M.Sc); PGD in Human Rights (From IIHR, New Delhi); Elite part of IIM Alumni and Certified Scrum Master & NLP Practitioner from IPANLP along with Ph.D. in Integrated Medicine.
He has also served in the IT Sector for two decades from 1992 to 2011 in various senior management positions in both Indian companies and MNCs like TCS, Satyam, Blue Star, iGATE, Misys.
His study and realizations towards holistic development of children and the roles of parents, teachers and mentors in such development, made him start Yellow Buddhii in 2012.
He conducts practical sessions of Brain Stimulation workshop for children across different age groups every weekend.
This results in the development of the Individual’s core values and life skills that last a lifetime.
A purely scientific approach to Stimulation of Pineal Gland (3rd Eye Awakening).
Apart from development of minds of children through scientific music therapy, Dr. Srinivasa also indulges in counselling parents about their roles in raising children and has had more than 600 successful clients.
His expertise in Neuro Science, Genetical Disorders & Psychological assistance has led him to do so.
Dr. Srinivasa’s expertise also lies in both Professional/Career & Personal Counseling, Corporate employee’s empowerment on Emotion and Stress balancing based scientifically and spiritually; Students Mock Ups and interviews and being market-ready; facilitating Brain Music Stimulation for Children (Age 4 – 17 Yrs) through Holistic Scientific Music Therapy and DMIT (Assessing Inborn Strengths Tool based on DNA).
Dr. Srinivasa has also impacted lives of over 1 lakh students, teachers through his influential talks and experiences.
He has also addressed many rural schools guiding the students from the Examination point of view and helping them to streamline their decisions and work on key behavioral factors. Also empowered many graduates and postgraduate students for better awareness about Industry expectations for those
employment or Entrepreneurial skills.
