Profile and Area of Expertise
Has been practising as a Music Therapist since 2006 with various medical institutions including Geriatric Centres, Alzheimer Centres, Autistic Centre, Polio Home, Cerebral Palsy, mentally challenged children, palliative care centres and several such centres.
University of Kerala has been conducting short term course in Music Therapy leading to certification as Music Therapist – was instrumental in designing the course curriculum and as lead faculty for the programme.
Had participated for a Music Therapy Course conducted by Nada Centre for Music Therapy and got certified as Music Therapist.
Conducted many lecture demonstration and PowerPoint presentation on ‘effect of music therapy’ at various educational institutions, medical institutions & professional training institutions and in Indian music therapy association.
